Default Transponder Settings

If you have a power cut or you digital receiver has been switched off follow this procedure to get your channels back.

Press the Services button then press 4 0 1, then the Select button one after another until you see the Installers Setup Page, then go to No.2 Default Transponder and press Select.

On the screen you will see:

Change the 11778 to 12129 on the sky remote if you make a mistake press the Backup button once and then press 12129 again.

The screen should now look like this:

Once you have done that go down to Save New Settings and press Select, then press the Backup button once go down to No. 4 Add Channels.

then press Select:

Wait about 10 seconds for the channels to appear on the screen, when they do press Select Twice, then the press the Backup button 3 times.

On the screen you will see the Sky Welcome Channel or it will say searching for listings please wait.

Sky Welcome Channel - Leave for 10 seconds and then change the channels as normal.

Searching For Listings - Leave until you see the Welcome Channel and then you can change the channels are normal.

Remember:

If you have a small dish you will not receive the Welcome Channel as it will say No Satellite Signal but just change the channel to one you know you have.
